Monitoring includes testing by authorized H,F consultants and experts, to verify the security and integrity of our Systems. To ensure that confidential and personal information is protected, all vendors and consultants are required to sign the firm's confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. During monitoring, any information may be examined, recorded, copied and used for authorized purposes. All information, including personal information, placed or sent over the Systems may be monitored. Use of the Systems, authorized or unauthorized, constitutes consent to the monitoring of your desktop and email. Evidence of unauthorized use collected during monitoring may be used for administrative, criminal, or other adverse action. Use of our Systems constitutes an agreement by you to these terms and conditions.
